Register for Summer Programs

Please review the details and complete the full form below including payment for all students attending Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts this summer. Non-refundable registration fee must be paid before camps or workshops are fully secured for the season.

What to Expect

Most summer camps and intensives will take place between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm each day (half-day camps will run from 9 am to 12 pm, evening intensives will run from 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm and neither will include a meal period). Intensives will consist of a variety of technique classes, lectures, and master classes from professionals in the field. Camps will consist of fun classes, alongside creative activities and games to engage students in an enjoyable learning environment.

What to Bring​

​Creative Kids Camp: 

  • Students should wear clothes that are easy to move in and that correspond to the color theme each day! Themes will be sent out along with the weekly schedule at a later time. 

  • A water bottle.

  • A packed lunch and snacks (does not apply to half-day camps).

  • A bag large enough to fit all clothes, shoes, accessories, and lunch items.

Dance Intensives:

  • Students should wear attire appropriate for the techniques they will be studying that day. For all ballet technique classes, please bring pink tights and a leotard in the color listed in the Summer Intensive Handbook. Dancers may also choose to wear dance shorts, skirts, or warm-up attire over their leotard and tights. 

    • PLEASE NOTE: Dancers may put on/take off layering pieces throughout the day, but will not have the opportunity to entirely change outfits between classes.

  • A water bottle.

  • A packed lunch and snacks (does not apply to half-day camps).

  • All dance shoes required for the subjects being taken that day. Socks and/or bare feet are acceptable for theatre and circus classes. 

  • A bag large enough to fit all clothes, shoes, accessories, and lunch items. 

  • Hair should be pulled back neatly in a bun for ballet. For all other classes, hair should be pulled back away from the face.

*Please ensure that all items brought to the studio are labeled with a name on them.

I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVITIES, AND I AND/OR MY CHILD UNEQUIVOCALLY AGREE TO INCUR AND ASSUME SUCH RISKS AS A CONDITION TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE CLASSES OFFERED AT BRIDGEMAN STUDIO OF THEATRE AND DANCE (“COMPANY”). I WAIVE AND RELEASE ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES THAT I AND/OR MY CHILD MAY HAVE AGAINST BRIDGEMAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS FOR ANY INJURY IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPANY. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN INSURANCE OR PAY FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES INCURRED. I REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT I HAVE REVIEWED THIS WAIVER WITH MY CHILD AND ENTER INTO THIS WAIVER, AS EVIDENCED BY MY SIGNATURE BELOW. I AND MY CHILD AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS WAIVER IS APPLICABLE TO ALL COMPANY EVENTS AND ALL ACTIVITIES IN WHICH I/MY CHILD PARTICIPATE AT ANY TIME AND IS A PERPETUAL WAIVER FOR ALL SUCH EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.

  1. Registration fee must be paid before booking camp or intensives online. Camp/Intensive tuition will be due by May 1, 2025. Registration fee will be refunded if the workshop/intensive is no longer offered by the studio. Registration fee will not be refunded if workshops/intensives are offered, but the student does not participate.

  2. There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks or insufficient funds. 

  3. After-care will be automatically charged if a student is not picked up within a 10 minute grace period after the end of class.

 

Consent for Use of Photography

I grant Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts and all its representatives and employees the right to use photographs of me, my child and/or my property in connection with Bridgeman Academy of Performing Arts. I authorize the above company to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that the above company may use such photographs of me with or without my name for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertisement and web content. 

I have read and understand the above policies and procedures and agree to abide by them. I am the responsible party for all expenses incurred by the registrant.
