FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC SEASON
How to Register
Our academic season runs August through June. To secure your student's spot in courses, a completed registration form and non-refundable registration fee are required. Please note: the fee increases after classes begin, and class placement is only guaranteed once registration is complete.
About Tuition
Tuition is based on the 11-month season and is based on the number of class hours a student is taking per week. Some classes are longer than an hour and some are shorter. We also offer flexible payment options to suit your family’s needs:

Pay in full before the first class and receive a 10% discount.

Pay monthly — tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with a 7-day grace period. A $25 late fee applies on the 8th.
If you encounter any payment challenges, just reach out to our office before the 7th — we’re always happy to discuss a payment plan. We offer multiple scholarship and financial aid opportunities to our families.
Weekly Course Schedule
Our weekly schedule is carefully designed to give students the chance to grow, explore, and stay active — whether they’re taking one class or several. Students often take multiple classes in a single day, with small breaks between each one for rest, snack, or a quick reset. This structure helps create a smooth, focused learning experience while making the most of their time at the studio.​

Built into the season's schedule of courses are several holiday and event closures where the studio will be closed. These closures are factored into the tuition and course learning objectives, but this schedule is subject to change. Other Studio Events & Performances
Most classes will perform in both the annual holiday showcase and summer recital. Additionally, students in Ballet Repertoire will also perform in the fall ballet production. Technique-only classes such as Ballet Technique, Leaps & Turns, PBT, Pre-Pointe…etc. do not perform.

Nutcracker (December) – Students age 6+ are welcome to audition (in September) for this special opportunity to perform on the Fabulous Fox Theater stage along with international professional dancers.

RSIA: Regional Summer Intensive Auditions (January) – Students are encouraged to explore advanced training opportunities with national dance companies.

Jury Evaluation Week: February 23 – 28, 2026

New Works Showcase (March) – A celebration of original choreography featuring both students and professional dancers.

Spring Musical (April) – Our students shine on stage in this annual full-scale musical production.

Bridgeman Academy Day at Busch Stadium (May) – On this day, our Pre-Professional students perform at the stadium and studio families may purchase discounted tickets to come and spend time with other parents and students.

Closures & Cancellations
If classes are canceled due to inclement weather or other necessity, all students will be contacted via a push notification from our app. An announcement will also be made on the academy’s social media pages. Select classes will have makeup options when necessary.
There are a select number of inclement weather days built into our yearly schedule so classes will not have a make-up day unless the yearly number of missed classes has been reached. If you do not receive a notification on the app about classes being canceled, you may assume classes are still happening.

All parents and students should download our app, Spaces by Wix, available for iOS and Android. This is how a majority of our communications are sent out. Once downloaded, the code for our studio is W3KBST. There are groups in the app for each class allowing students to connect and access class videos and updates from their teachers. On top of those great features, you can also book classes, view the studio schedule, purchase tickets for events, contact teachers, and more!
Withdrawal Policy
If your child needs to modify their schedule or withdraw from a class:

Withdraw before the 15th of the month: only half of the month’s tuition is owed.

Withdraw on or after the 15th: the full month’s tuition applies.
Please note, all tuition is non-refundable.
Behavior Policy
Students: To create a positive and uplifting learning environment for all students at Bridgeman Academy, students are expected to treat their teachers and fellow classmates with respect. This includes being attentive during class, following instructions, and refraining from whispering or gossiping of any kind.
Parents: Parents play a significant role in the atmosphere and environment at Bridgeman Academy. As such, parents are expected to avoid gossip and negative conversation relating to their student, other students/parents, Bridgeman Academy staff, studio evaluations and casting results, studio events…etc. while at the studio.

Dress Code​
​Students are expected to uphold the dress code applicable to their class and level. We believe that the right attire helps students focus, move freely, and develop confidence — all while creating a polished and professional environment. Our dress code is designed to match each class’s unique movement needs while promoting discipline and unity.​​​
